Introducing ‘First Forward’ – Young Adults at First Church

We are pleased to introduce a new name and mission for the Young Adults group at First Church for 2010 – First Forward! We are a group of members and frequent visitors mostly in our 20′s and 30′s seeking to connect with each other for fun, service and worship.
What began as casual gatherings for brunch, BBQs, and Sunday service has become so popular that we’ve decided to build a calendar of events for the upcoming year.
Please join us and you’ll find that our interests aren’t confined to the borders of Greenwich Village, or even New York. We hail from the North and the South, from Long Island to California. We spend our days working in finance and publishing, in media and the arts. But we find that the most rewarding experiences in life, and living in our great city, often come from the most unexpected places. Our connection to one another, like-minded and engaged individuals, makes the journey all the richer.
