By Foot
If you live in Greenwich Village, the church is within walking distance. First Church is four blocks north of the Washington Square Park arch; two blocks east of St. Vincent’s Hospital; two blocks south and one block west of Union Square; and adjoins the main campus of the New School.
By Bus
First Church is easily accessible via 5th Avenue, 6th Avenue or crosstown 14th Street bus lines. Bus schedules can be obtained on the MTA Web site.
By Subway

Take subway to Union Square
Walk two blocks west on 14th Street to Fifth Avenue
Turn left on Fifth Avenue
First Church is two blocks on your right
