THE ONCE AND FUTURE FAIR 

Our 2009 Fair was as beautiful, Christmas-y, and well-attended as always.  We had lots of volunteer help in preparation and a fully-staffed Fair that weekend, with all the fun and fellowship that working together brings.  Though we had fewer goodies to sell in White Elephants and the Silent Auction, and fewer dollars coming in, the Fair still raised over $15,000—all of which goes to our Mellin-Macnab renovation. 

The 2010 Fair will take place this coming December 3, 4, and 5.  We need YOU to help drum up more donations for both White Elephants and the Silent Auction and to brainstorm other ways to bring more people to the Best Fair in the City!  To that end, our March Tartan Fair meeting will be an open “Ideas” meeting on Monday, March 22 at 6:30 p.m. at church.   Come one, come all—but RSVP to Joan Ryan by calling (212)765-2141 or emailing joanlryan@aol.com so there will be enough cold pizza and warm beer for everyone.
